Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-17
This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit namiaichat.com. The short version: reading the site leaves almost no trace with us, and we never sell anything about you.
Who is responsible
Nami AI Chat is a hobby project run by an independent One Piece fan and paid for by affiliate commissions. That fan is responsible for how this website handles personal data under the GDPR and similar laws. The quickest way to reach the person in charge is contact@namiaichat.com.
Visiting the site
The pages, images and fonts all load from our own domain. We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking cookies, and we do not load anything from Google or social networks while you read.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request data to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks. This is necessary to run the site (our legitimate interest), and Cloudflare handles it under its own privacy policy and data processing terms.
The age check
When you confirm that you are 18 or older, your browser stores a small note ("age18") so you are not asked again. It stays on your device, never reaches us, and you can remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser.
The contact form
If you write to us, we receive your name, your email address and your message. The form is delivered by FormSubmit, a form-to-email service, which passes the message to our inbox. We use what you send only to reply, and we delete messages after twelve months unless a legal matter, such as a copyright claim, requires us to keep them longer.
Clicking through to SpicyChat
The chat buttons take you to SpicyChat, a separate company. The link carries our referral code so SpicyChat knows the visit came from us. From that moment SpicyChat's own privacy policy applies, including any cookies it sets and anything you type into a chat. We never see your chats, your SpicyChat account or your payment details.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU, the UK GDPR, Brazil's LGPD or California's CCPA), you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy. Since we only hold contact form messages, these requests are quick: email contact@namiaichat.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Adults only
This site is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone younger. If you believe a minor has contacted us, tell us and we will delete the message.
Changes
If we change how the site handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
